Bookings

When you have chosen your property and travel dates, please fill in and submit the Online Booking Enquiry . When we have confirmed availability of your property, you can then proceed with your booking.

When we have received your deposit/payment, we will send confirmation of your booking and an information pack. When filling in the Booking Enquiry please state if you would like a Car Hire quote.

Payments

A non-returnable deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required by bank transfer or cheque, in order to guarantee your booking. The balance payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to departure and any subsequent cancellation refund will be considered separately.

Please note: Due to the exclusivity and high standard of our properties we require a security cash deposit of £250 GB which is payable on arrival. This security deposit will be returned at the end of your stay when the property has been vacated and inspected by our representative.

Arrival

One of our representatives will meet you in the villa and explain everything you need to know. You will be able to telephone our staff at any time for information, advice, or any other matter relating to your stay.
